UX Project Planner – Belfast

Do you have experience as a project manager within the digital sector?  Would you like to deliver exceptional user experiences for your clients?

My client is a team of user design specialists who work with businesses and organisations to improve performance through UX and service design.

They see themselves as an extension to their client’s teams, an approach that has proven to be very successful over the years.  They work with a large range of clients in many different sectors and no one day in this company is the same as the last.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager to be responsible for delivering user–centred research and design projects for some of the most forward-thinking, innovative and challenging brands across the Island of Ireland and further afield.

You will be joining a highly collaborative and supportive working environment while working across alongside a multidisciplinary team of UX consultants, designers, and researchers.

You will be a key member of this team which will continue to expand into 2021 and beyond.

So, what makes a successful project planner?

A successful project planner is someone who is great with people, can lead a project team, has super organisational skills and, for this role, experience working in the digital sector.

Those are the base skills you need to have to secure an interview for this job.

Planning User Experience projects is more than administering schedules and being the bridge between the client and the delivery teams, it’s about really getting under the skin of client’s businesses and helping them to meet their strategic goals through human-centred design.

To be considered for this UX Planner position you will need to have 2+ years of experience in project/account management positions, ideally in a user experience, digital or design agency environment.  You must have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills are key to this role as you will be working directly with clients as well as an internal team of UX specialists.  You will need to have a good baseline of knowledge regarding the principles and processes of UX design.

For a confidential chat about this role, you can reach me by phone/text/WhatsApp on 077 8988 6539.  Alternatively, you can send a CV using the links provided.
