Your team is based throughout EMEA & everyone works towards the common goal of exceptional service & delivery. You will have a in-depth understanding of EMEA logistics & a desire to take ownership of that space for this business. They operate an outsourced model, so working closely with global blue chip 3PL suppliers will be second nature to you. 

Your clients will be global tech giants who work towards JIT deliveries, and you will be responsible for managing the SLAs to ensure contract performance. As well as leading an intelligent, pragmatic team who are at the top of their game.

You’re the sort of person who takes a process-based approach to your job so you could be from an engineering background with some experience in business improvement. Whatever your background, you will be committed to success, delivery, finding answers & solutions to problems.

As a people manager, you will have an interest in leadership responsibilities, and you find it easy to build relationships with existing teams. The team has open lines of communication, no micromanagement & there is a high level of trust. 

You’ll report into a straight-talking, collaborative, inclusive, and honest Director who makes decisions quickly & leads by example.
