Software Developer (SQL)

A SQL developer role within a top digital agency?

That’s a bit unusual?

Then again, Flint Studio’s is not a normal agency.

Yes, they work with cutting edge tech and they offer flexible working hours, free car parking, remote working and a diverse range of projects.

Yes, they have won numerous awards and they have enjoyed 20% year-on-year growth while being listed in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 three years in a row.

What is unusual about Flint compared to other digital agencies is that they are a UK wide agency with offices in Belfast, Londonderry/Derry and Warrington.

Their client base extends into Europe and as far away as Asia, so they have a genuine international client base.

They now employ nearly fifty people across all locations. They currently have nine .NET Developers, five PHP Developers, three digital designers, three front-end developers, system administrators, and a team of digital account managers and marketers.

Flint has gone to great lengths to create one of the top working environments within the tech sector in Belfast.  They have achieved this by hiring people who work hard and are willing to put the effort in to benefits themselves, the team and the company.  You won’t be worked until you drop as they understand the importance of a healthy work/life balance.  However, you will be rewarded for going outside of your job description to ensure the client is happy.

They now have an opportunity for a SQL Developer who also has some background in .NET, C#, .Net, HTML, and CSS.

This is a job for an intermediate developer who has at least 2 years of commercial experience.  It is important that you have direct experience with SSIS.  You’ll be able to showcase solid knowledge and experience of the software development life cycle and proven experience of software development methodologies.

Some of the skills you’ll learn will include JavaScript, CSS frameworks such as SASS or LESS and .NET based content management systems such as Kentico and Umbraco.

They can offer you a competitive salary and benefits such as healthcare, free car parking, flexible working conditions, remote working options and ongoing training and development.
