Senior UX Designer – Belfast – (£35k - £45k)

This UX design job is based in Belfast city centre and comes with a salary of £35k - £45k per annum. If your expectations are slightly above this banding do still get in touch as there is room to negotiate. Who is the company?
My client started out in 2012 and now employ 50 digital professionals. They are recognised experts in creative strategy and experience design which has contributed to their success. They work closely with their customers which span across multiple sectors. These include household names such as Henderson’s, Irish Ferries, and the PSNI.

They now have a very impressive workspace right in the centre of Belfast with plenty of room to expand. They have live positions across design, development and marketing.
What does this job involve?
You would be apart of a UX design team that works with a range if clients across the UK to deliver user experience programmes by applying current UX practices. You will follow the proper UX process from research, to high-level mock-up’s, right through to implementation. You will be given a lot of autonomy and creativity throughout the process while using industry-leading technology.
What are the essential skills and experience?
You must be a UX Designer with at least 3 years’ experience within a commercial setting. You must have a developed an analytical approach to defining user needs. You will be experienced in UX best practise that includes conducting research and developing great User Experiences by sketching, prototyping, and mocking up digital products. You will have a background in leading client workshops and conducting user research and testing.
