Senior Recruitment Consultant (share option scheme)

Salary based on experience, Healthcare, Team bonus, Commission & EMI share option scheme.

We operate as a team – not a group of individuals with the same job title who work for the same company.  With team bonuses and incentives in place for the whole business we collaborate and learn together.

Due to project wins we are looking to grow our team of highly experienced Consultants.

You will be an experienced recruiter who cares about candidates and clients. You will take pride in your work and be keen to transition from a contingency recruiter to an exclusively retained recruiter.

No KPIs. 

Work on exclusive roles rather than PSL roles which have first been worked by an in-house recruitment team.
