Senior Front-End Developer
This development job is based in Belfast and comes with a salary of £40k - £50k per annum. The package includes share options as the owner would like to be able to sell in 3-5 years’ time, which would make the overall package highly lucrative.
Who is the company?
This business began in 2017 and it is the vision of a local sports hero. During his time has a professional athlete he was aware of the issues that sports clubs had when it came to planning events and communicating with its players. Players and clubs’ content with a cluttered landscape of ever-changing player and team schedules, meeting times, gym requirements, equipment, and medical appointments. This can cause a distraction in a player which effects their optimal performance. My client has created a solution.
After taking a year to conduct market research and speak to top coaches and names in the sporting world, they secured some initial investment and this software solution became a reality. They have created a sports performance platform that enables athletes to engineer and own their bespoke medical, athletic and skills requirements. These are delivered simultaneously alongside real-time insights which allows the athlete to maintain peak performance on match day.
My client has made it clear that they have a five-year plan in place to develop the software, acquire a significant market share and then sell on. They are looking for developers to commit to this exciting venture and share options are in place to make this an exciting proposition on a technical and commercial basis.
