Senior Client Support Administrator

I suppose a good place to start is to let you know how the job came about…the company has just announced multi-million pound investment and expansion plans. So this role is newly created because of their ongoing growth.
They’ve had to quickly learn how to spot future leaders due to their rapid growth… They have doubled their revenue in the last 2 years and grown their headcount by 50% in the last 3 years.
You’ll be working in a busy commercial sales team and working really closely with key account managers to make sure that existing and new customers continue to be happy with service levels. You’ll be heavily involved in preparing quotations, aftersales support and identifying ways of doing things better. Obviously, you’ll love dealing with people and you’ll also be an Excel whizz – V look-ups and pivot tables are wee buns for you.
As well as good progression opportunities and working in a really nice but switched on team, you can expect a salary in the region of £20,000-£22,000 plus a performance related bonus, free parking and all the normal bells and whistles. The company is based in Mallusk so if you’re more interested in working in a shiny glass-fronted city centre office than cutting your commercial teeth in a rapidly growing company where talent is rewarded, this probably isn’t for you.
