Salesforce Solution Lead – London, Belfast or Amsterdam
 
We are recruiting for a Salesforce Solution Lead and the successful candidate can be based in London, Belfast or Amsterdam.
 
You will be working on a digital global transformation programme for a major global brand.  Ideally, you would have worked on a programme of similar scale and you have been involved in at least two major Salesforce implementations.
 
Please note that you would be expected to be on-site at the client location 2-4 days a week.  
 
You must be able to work in the UK with no visa requirements or restrictions and have no existing preclusion from working in Europe or the USA.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and run a team of functional experts and business analysts that deliver high-quality results for clients.
  • Understand market-leading technology and develop informed insights and thought leadership that can be used to support the client's decisions.
  • Technical knowledge of market-leading software.
  • Solution design reviews using project experience to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Workshop facilitation, including requirements gathering.
  • Translating business requirements into product-level solution options.
  • Experience with implementation partners, licensing discussions and deployment considerations.
  • System integrator relationship management.
  • Quality assurance throughout implementation, challenging SI build and ensuring clients are delivered the highest quality of solutions.
  • Championing quality through technical standards, governance and attention to detail.
  • It will be your responsibility to drive my client’s capabilities in market-leading software through training, creation of knowledge bases, networking and vendor alliances.
Essential Criteria
  • 3+ years’ experience in SFDC Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Commerce Cloud, ideally in the retail industry;
  • Proven experience of gathering requirements to supporting implementation for clients;
  • Appetite to learn, grow and develop a Centre of Excellence around SFDC;
  • Experience using Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum etc) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello etc);
  • The ability to manage difficult stakeholders and align realistic expectations; and Excellent interpersonal skills.
