Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

You’ll spend around 82,000 hours of your life at work.

When it’s quantified like that, it makes you think, doesn’t it?

Do I enjoy where I work? Do I believe in what we are doing? Am I progressing as quickly as I should be? Do I feel appreciated? Am I still learning/developing? Am I working on the sort of projects that will stand out on my CV? Do I understand & agree with the company strategy?

If you answered “no” to any of those questions, let’s talk 07950 935 686.

The company has been established in NI for  60 years, but they have a fresh outlook on what a modern PQS should be.

They are all about providing a quality service with the human touch.

They’re smart and they’ve invested in technology to automate the mundane tasks so they can focus on the important stuff.

The Partners of this firm want you to enjoy your time at work, they will involve you and be open about where they are at and where they want to be. They will focus on your development & invest in your training. They work on prestigious projects (ask me which ones).

The sorts of benefits on offer include flexible working, Westfield health cash plan, Pension, team days out (Recent trip to the Rugby and golf lessons), Bonus, potential for profit share, free parking & professional fees.

Ideally, you’ll be an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is ether chartered or close to it and you’ll also have an interest in developing your Project Management skills. You’ll want to be part of a company that rewards innovation & hard work and has a good time along the way.

82,000 hours is a long time…. Don’t spend any more of them in the wrong company.

Oh, and don’t worry if you don’t have an up-to-date CV, we can deal with that later.

Michael will be in touch as soon as they have reviewed your application.
