No Hero's or Martyrs required.......
This company isn't looking for a hero just a really good Project Manager who knows how to listen and respond. You'll be encouraged to ask for help when you need it - we all need help every now and then and this is very much a shared workload environment.
They work collaboratively, the team is close knit and has a real sense of camaraderie. You'll get to work on challenging projects - ones that win awards and get people talking.
As one of NI's leading Multi-disciplinaries you'll get to work with people from different disciplines and backgrounds. You'll also be encouraged to under take regular training and development to enhance your skills in key areas.
You'll be a client facing person with project management experience within the construction sector. You will likely be from a Quantity Surveying/ Building Surveying/ Construction or Civils background and be able to demonstrate that you've worked well with clients in the past. Ideally you'll have worked on large projects into the multi million pound category. You'll have extensive knowledge of working on construction projects with multiple stakeholders and understand various forms of construction contracts such as NEC3/4. Because you'll be managing budgets, control and cash flow on projects you'll need to be commercially aware and have experience of programme and procurement management.
In return you'll get flexibility in terms of start and finish times, no micro management, plenty of on-site time managing your own projects. If you need to work remotely at times this can be accommodated. There are various social events planned but no compulsory fun - you decide if you can make time for it. No cape required.
