Are you a graduate looking for commercial experience in a global company with a 99% Glassdoor rating?  That's right, 99%!  Fancy the opportunity to travel or to work from home a couple of days a week?

Based in Belfast city centre, this global leader in network solutions is offering graduates the opportunity to train as a program office analyst in a well-established team of around 100 locally.  The program office team runs programs for EMEA above project level so this is a brilliant opportunity to support really senior PMO to VP level in multiple countries.

This US-based market leader has over 6000 employees worldwide and provides solutions to over 80% of the world’s service providers. They provide training and development programs that second to none and if its travel you are after they can offer opportunities all over the world if you want it.

The role itself will involve forecasting revenue and revenue recognition to meet strict global financial guidelines.  This will involve verifying POs on Oracle and revenue forecasting from outstanding quotations from Salesforce.  Because all their clients will be on different contracts, you'll need to make sure that revenues are in line with those agreements, for example, a part-payment is due to a particular milestone having been reached.  You'll also work with Project Managers, both on-site and remote, to make sure partners and clients are updated on program developments and that all the systems are updated.  You'll also support strategic programs/projects and monitor the integrity of the project management database.

Previous successful applicants have had around 2 years' experience in a large matrixed business such as a global shared service centre or one of the big accountancy firms after graduating from a business, supply chain or finance related degree. They all had excellent MS Excel skills as well as being confident communicators with strong presentation skills, so it makes sense that you'll be similar. A second European language would be highly advantageous such as French, Spanish, German or Italian.  At the moment, preference will be given to candidates with professional proficiency in German.

This role is offered on a 12-month contract basis initially but out of the 11 graduates who've taken the plunge in a similar situation, 10 are either still contracting away long after their initial contract period or have transferred to a permanent contract. You will receive holidays and flexible working hours.

This really is an opportunity to fast track your career trajectory on the up so get in touch today to make sure you don't miss out.
