Due to their continued growth there is an opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant to join the team on a permanent part-time basis. The hours of work are flexible and can be discussed at interview but could be in the region of 16 to 25 hours initially.
The role itself will be managing the accounts payable using Sage 50, running the company’s weekly payroll, bank recs, Excel reporting etc but there’s scope for you to get stuck into other areas. As well as general office admin support, you could get involved with preparing tenders and some marketing opportunities such as posting social media content or preparing awards’ submissions.
If you’re interested in fancy glass fronted offices then this probably isn’t for you, but if you enjoy working in a small team where there’s a bit of craic (and heaps of coffee) then get in touch.
