Operating with the niche bathroom distribution sector this company has grown from 10 employees to 33 in 2.5 years. They recently acquired well known bathroom brand Adamsez cementing their commitment to further investment and growth. As part of this strategic growth they now require an Operations Manager.
Reporting directly to the MD you’ll be involved in critical business areas including stock management, supply chain, logistics and IT. You’ll assess current operations, looking at processes and identifying areas for improvement and efficiencies. You’ll champion the digitisation of the business, identifying a CRM system that will knit together these key areas. You’ll organise and implement staff training around this and have experience of managing a team in a collaborative and supportive way.
You’re probably working in a similar role where you’ve built up experience in managing people and processes. You’ll have identified software platforms that will enhance efficiencies and create a lean business model. You’ll be familiar with warehousing, stock management and inventory at a senior level.
