Operational Excellence Administrator

So, this is a brand new job and is different from the run of the mill admin jobs out there because you will be involved in loads of business improvement projects in a really successful company. Essentially, you’ll have the opportunity of looking at how things can be done better across the whole business and won’t be pigeon holed into providing admin support for just one department.
You’ll be heavily involved in supporting the Operational Excellence Coordinator with multiple projects so you’ll be really good at dealing with people, be super organised and have excellent Excel skills – pivot tables and v look-ups won’t be any challenge to you! If you have any similar experience in a manufacturing it would be great but don't worry if you don't, I still would love to hear from you.
As well as good progression opportunities and working in a really nice but switched on team, you can expect a competitive salary, free parking and all the normal bells and whistles. The company is based in Ballymena so if you’re local to the area you can avoid the schlep to Belfast but a car would probably be handy! Hours of work are 8am-4.30pm so you’ll be able to enjoy the long evenings even more that are just around the corner!
