Help us to put Belfast on the SaaS map.
You’ll work in a company that is 100% built and owned in Northern Ireland so decisions can and do get made quickly.
You’ll be involved in the latest in mobile technologies including Xamarin.
You might not have heard of The App Builder but a quick google search will help you paint a picture of what they’ve achieved since 2011.
Initially called JamPot Technologies, they rebranded to TheAppBuilder following the successful launch of their SaaS app creation platform which attracted 300,000 beta users in a matter of months.
In laymen’s terms, The App Builder product enables non-technical people to create and update mobile applications. These applications are available on a variety of platforms: iPhone, iPad, Android, and even the good old-fashioned desktop computers.
If you want to hear more about their tech stack, listen to the WebTalksNI podcast with their lead developer which will be recorded on the 8th April.
The turning point for them was when they started to partner directly with global brands to use their platform to help improve employee interaction. They realised that industry leaders know how important a culture of engagement is, so that’s what they focused on.
The App Builder gives companies an effective launch pad to re-engage and re-invigorate staff around current company goals and measure the results.
Don’t just take our word for it though, just look at some of the household names that use the product:
- HBO - (GoT – need I say more?)
- Carlsberg - (“Probably the best lager in the world”)
- Virgin – (“Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to.” - RB)
With a large number of big-name clients like these, it’s easy to see how that has achieved 40% annual increase in recurring revenue. (The platform is used by over 250,000 end-users across the globe.)
2018 was another highly successful year, so, The App builder is effectively doubling their development team.
