Marketing Manager – (Consumer Electronics)

Our client is an indigenous software business producing high quality connectivity software sold to major blue chip electronics retailers and specific industry channels on a global scale.   


Their solutions improve efficiencies, encourage thought sharing, give transparency to business strategies and their implementation and visibility of projects, as such the business already boasts an impressive number of household brand name clients.


The Role


  • The Marketing Manager will operate as Marketing Lead and have full autonomy over strategy for the businesses success in domestic and international markets.
  • You’ll create and implement comprehensive B2B and OEM marketing strategies which will encompass digital and traditional tactics for the full suite of software products.
  • You’ll take ownership of the marketing funnel from acquiring users through to activation, retention and revenue generation.
  • Be the voice of the company and brand with industry press, at trade shows and at customer events.
  • End to end ownership of the company’s presence at international tradeshows.
  • Use Hubspot to oversee the company’s content marketing function and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Work with agencies on the delivery and management of a webstore for a new range of software and hardware products.
  • Assume responsibility for sales enablement, targeting key global customers and internal sales teams.
  • Oversee output of marketing team, career mentoring optional.




  • CIM qualified.
  • Ecommerce experience an advantage.
  • Great writer with a keen eye for design
  • Proven all round marketer with good knowledge across the entire marketing stack and specialisms in some areas.
  • Experience of organising and overseeing tradeshow attendance from concept to build.
  • Hands on when it comes to product: ability to demo, deliver product presentations and understand how and where products create value.
  • Willingness to travel, get out of the building and develop a network of relations with influencers, partners and customers.
  • Experience with hubspot.
