HR Operations Manager – Implementation & Delivery of Global HR Managed Services

Do you want to be challenged? Working both within Global HR Operations but also with several subsequent global projects all related to delivery of the Global People Strategy.
Have you got senior management experience, implementing Managed Services ideally within HR? Where you know the pinch points and difficulties of implement a best-in-class HR service globally?
My client has experienced explosive growth over the last 10 years, as they have developed both new products and services, but have also moved into new global markets. This year alone they intend to add 600 heads to their global workforce, so everything they do is at pace in a challenging high growth environment.
You will have responsibility for a 10 person HR Operations team but have much wider accountability for setting out how HR will be delivered, with operational responsibility for delivery of the HR Managed Services Strategy.
