Due to the amount of change within the business, aside from the full range of HR Officer responsibilities, this role will work closely with the management team bedding in changes within the business and giving them guidance regarding HR processes.
Must be technically competent within transactional HR, so full range responsibilities to include ER, performance management, KPI management, reporting, maintaining employee HR records, etc.
This role is very management facing, so the successful candidate must really enjoy building and maintaining long term relationships with managers across the business at all levels. The HR team is very collaborative and moving towards HRB model in terms of they deliver HR Services.
