Recently acquired business, so a real range of internal harmonisation projects across the full scope of HR. Although a lot of these are underway there is a lot of work to do in terms of “hearts & minds”. Working closely with the senior management team to ensure cultural alignment within the business & that new working practices are adopted across the business.
Role which would really suit someone who is comfortable encouraging fresh thinking, with the ability to constructively challenge old ways of thinking or doing things.
Must be technically competent within transactional HR, so full range responsibilities to include ER, performance management, KPI management, L&D, reporting, etc. This role is management facing, so the successful candidate must really enjoy building and maintaining long term relationships with managers at all levels within the business.
The HR team is very collaborative and moving away from just transactional HR into much more of an HRB model in terms of how they deliver HR Services, so this role has the ability to influence and embed this HR culture.
