Human Resources Business Partner

You will partner with the client businesses and lead the implementation of business aligned people strategies designed to transform and progress workforce capability, productivity and efficiency whilst ensuring HR systems, policies and process requirements are effectively delivered.
The role requires a strong HR Generalist who is forward thinking in their approach. You will have previous experience across all areas of the employee life cycle, including but not limited to workforce planning; resourcing driving recruitment completions; guidance and support to deliver clear structures; delivery of improvement and change initiatives; advice and guidance on policies, procedures; employee relations; performance management; attendance management; Driving employee engagement; supporting training and awareness programmes; and project ownership.

You will probably have previous experience gained in HR roles in manufacturing/engineering environment with 4-5 years post qualification. You will have a HR/Business related degree and CIPD qualification. You will need to have good financial and business acumen with the ability to analysis and problem solve, excellent knowledge of employment law, experience of strategy and change management, previous project management experience and consulting and facilitating skills. You will have previous leadership coaching skills, organisation and people development. You will have worked in a unionised environment with previous experience of ensuring good Employee relations aided by a good communications strategy skills and presentation skills. You should have the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
