TRG Screen: Head of Managed Service Operations – Belfast (£60k - £70k)
What Is workplace culture, why does it matter, and what counts as ‘good’ these days?
The right culture can attract and retain top talent that values positivity while reducing negative behaviour and staff turnover.
I can tell you from personal experience that TRG Screen has created a culture that has attracted some of the top talent in Northern Ireland.
At the height of the pandemic, the CEO made a point to personally reach out to each of the 200 team members to reassure them that their job was safe and that TRG was performing well.
Since they acquired Axon FS in 2019, they have invested heavily in the Belfast office and established key teams including a Managed Service team.
The Managed Service team enables large financial and fortune 500 companies to manage market data and other related costs by implementing a bespoke inventory system. They maintain the product catalogue, by Adding/Updating/Removing Vendors, Accounts, Services, Pricing, Contracts, and Inventory. They also perform independent analysis and research to solve data and/or application problems.
The Head of Managed Service Operations is a newly created role targeted with improving delivery transparency and consistency and deliver a more efficient global service.
As Head of Managed Service Operations, you’ll work very closely with other teams (Relationship Management, Customer Success, Product Management, IT Operations) to ensure that Managed Service clients are receiving a best-in-class experience.
