Head of Customer Experience

 

  • As part of our clients' leadership team, the Head of Customer Experience will lead, manage and coach a team of sales and marketing professionals to:
  • Successfully build and drive the business pipeline including the identification, maximisation, development and closing of business sales opportunities in line with business growth targets
  • Maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and limit customer attrition. 
  • Main Duties Include (but are not limited to):
  • Develop, deliver and own an effective customer engagement strategy to ensure consistent delivery of a 'best in class' customer experience and achieve business revenue targets. 
  • Lead, coach and manage the Customer experience team including people management activities such as recruitment and selection, talent management, learning and development, leave management and data management in CRM with the support of HR. 
  • Design and execute accurate and effective sales strategies, forecasts and plans to facilitate the achievement of set targets across the team.
  • Own and deliver effective pricing strategies to facilitate success while maintaining company profitability
  • Proactively maintain awareness of competitive activity, marketing and pricing strategies and educate internal stakeholders of competitive offerings. 
  • Maintain post-market surveillance and advise relevant internal stakeholders of customer feedback on the present product line and possible product additions, enhancements and/or changes. 
  • Continuously assess and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback to facilitate continuous improvement of the customer experience
  • Ensure high customer retention and high customer satisfaction levels in line with set targets. 
  • Maintain a proactive awareness of the strategic plans of customers as well as new and ongoing industry initiatives 
  • Ensure complete and accurate maintenance of CRM and Sales pipeline, with timely and accurate details of all sales activity recorded by all members of the customer experience team. 
  • Effectively and efficiently monitor, track and report on sales activity/performance using the CRM system. 
  • Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of the companies product suite and its benefit to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend key conferences, meetings and industry events. 
  • Travel, up to 25% as required to fully meet the needs of the role. 
  • Any other reasonable duties as required by management. ​

Managing Director

 

Essential Criteria: 

  • A minimum of 5 years experience leading and managing teams of Sales and Marketing professionals (e.g. In a sales or marketing Management/Director role). 
  • Evidence of developing effective sales strategies and processes to generate revenue in line with business targets.
  • Experience in working with sales/sales management in a software company.
  • Experience in setting sales targets and pricing. 
  • A demonstrable track record of personal sales success and consistent delivery against targets. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
  • Demonstrable passion for building strong relationships, winning deals and satisfying customer needs. 
  • Confident, positive and professional manner. 
  • A full, clean, valid, EU driving licence.
