Front-End Engineer x 2- Belfast
Good communication is key to the success for any workplace. This has become even more important as we transition to a ‘working from home’ model.
Although the number and types of communication tools are expanding, email and meetings remain the two go-to methods for many organisations.
A better option is video.
A video doesn’t encroach on others’ work time and ensures your email doesn’t get overlooked.
Many business owners have turned to video, not as an alternative, but as a complementary piece to their everyday workplace communication.
My client understood this five years ago which is why they reinvented video for businesses. They have a developed a secure end-to-end encrypted media platform and applications aimed at enterprise-level businesses.
All of a business’s media can be fully controlled within the platform and a suite of apps. All branding, subtitles and translations are fully automated. They also include a full suite of tools to allow you to easily capture, edit and publish video content.
Every team member within a business can capture valuable moments with a powerful mobile app. They can record video content securely, edit and then publish wherever and whenever they want.
Although we are living in challenging times, my client has seen an increase in business because of the emphasis on workplace communication. The current headcount within the technical team is 16 but they expect to double in size over the next 12 months.
This is the first phase of this recruitment drive and they are recruiting for 2 Front-End engineers and a UX designer.
