To support our growth plans, we want to attract experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our expanding Executive Search team.

As an Executive Search Consultant we will support you to win and deliver retained Executive Search assignments throughout NI, GB and RoI, as well as increasing business with existing accounts.  International experience would also be a real plus to allow us to further develop our work in North America.

The good news is that with our Corvus Assured approach, you will have a methodology and process that differentiates us from other Executive Search providers in the Island of Ireland.  You will also be joining a highly experienced team of high-quality Consultants with an average 20 years each in the recruitment industry.

Our Marketing and research teams, along with our approach to candidate attraction will help identify candidates and you will be supported with your assignments – our aim is to free you up to provide the highest value service to our customers.

We operate a shared success approach which will allow you to study the businesses we work with to help them understand their senior leadership requirements and propose compelling propositions to their challenges and opportunities.

You will provide our clients with solutions individual to their needs including video, psychometrics, competency-based interviews, sitting on interview panels and global search.  This empowers you to tailor your solution, so we get the right senior talent with the right skills and behaviours which saves our clients time, money and improves retention.

About you

  • Consultative and be comfortable asking challenging questions to get to the real Why?
  • Experienced in the recruitment sector – we are not sector specific, but if you have an area of expertise that would be advantageous
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication and rapport building skills.
  • Be confident, tenacious and have a resilient attitude.
  • Desire to learn new ways of working and contribute to Company strategy
  • Collaborative and competitive.
  • Values driven
  • Commercially aware with the ability to learn about new industries and verticals
  • Comfortable developing your tone of voice and personal brand on professional social media
