eCommerce Channel Sales Manager

“Best place I have ever worked - the atmosphere and team are absolutely brilliant. It was hard work, but I always enjoyed it as I was working with so many good people”.  Glassdoor Review.

You’ll probably be happy in your current job, when your friends and family ask you about your day, you’ll use adjectives like “fine, okay or grand”.

So, you’re here, scrolling through the job boards on your lunchbreak or on your daily commute from your “grand” job wondering “is there anything better out there?”.

In this job you’ll be a captain (not a spreadsheet Manager), leading, developing and coaching your team to success.  You’ll have input to the International sales growth strategy, budget setting, source new sales channels and report your successes back to the Directors.

That said, excellent Excel skills are a must as you will own the data analysis/reviewing the performance of their 50k + listings on multiple online channels (22 in total!) including their own website.  You’ll provide ongoing feedback and training for your team to develop their content writing, title creation, product descriptions and eCommerce skills.

You will be targeting a global audience, along with the UK/RoI marketplaces, so tracking market trends and attending eCommerce events will help you stay ahead of your competitors.  Creativity around A/B testing will also help maintain or further develop their 20% year on year growth.

Collaborating with other departments (Marketing, Design, Photography, Purchasing) you’ll contribute to the overall success of the business and have a real voice as part of the senior team.

If you want to join a company who have great internal communications and work with ambitious, like-minded team who have a shared growth goal, then let’s talk.

This is a key role for the company and its ongoing success so remuneration package will be competitive and negotiable depending on your experience.  In addition, there are great benefits such as home-working and onsite parking (and not at the train station if you commute into Belfast).

If you like the sound of this opportunity, email me your CV or call 028 9091 8529 for more info.

Don’t worry if you don’t have an up-to-date CV, we can deal with that detail later.

Everyone will get a response.

Ian will be in touch as soon as they have reviewed your application.
