You'll be responsible for managing the design process, ensuring information is coordinated and delivered in line with programme. You'll manage the design process for consultants, value engineer and offer technical support to the Bids team assisting in Bid proposals. You'll lead design meetings, liaise with PM's on Buildability and prepare design reports and ensure design is developed accordingly.

 

You'll be a Design Manager or Senior Architect who has experience of managing teams. You'll enjoy the process of getting things built and be commercially aware and highly organised. You'll have experience of managing multiple projects and be happy with some UK travel.
