2 x Customer Support Representatives (Order Fulfillment), 1 year FTC
You’ll be working for a tech giant that’s products help some of the world’s largest businesses, joining a newly created team in a Centre of Excellence with a Global Telecoms market leader.
Ideally, you will be a business, finance or supply chain graduate who wants to build a long-term career in a very successful company.
You will be working with large data sets, so need to be very proficient with Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot tables etc.) and ideally you will have worked with applications like Oracle/SAP or Salesforce.
For this role, you’ll need to have business-level written and spoken English language skills as you’ll be working with some of the company’s key clients globally.
You will be supporting clients within the America region, because of this there will be a shift pattern of 2pm - 10pm.
You’ll support client relationships, interfacing with the internal supply chain, product, and shipping teams you will plan & schedule customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer requirements are met.
