The role has been created due to growth rather than replacing anyone and will report into the Purchasing Manager. As well as all the things you'd expect to be doing as a purchaser, you'll also have the opportunity to do some international travel visiting trade shows (but don't worry, this will be occasional rather than missing out on home life).
You'll have three or more years' experience as a construction buyer under your belt and you'll be very ambitious, commercially astute and want to build a long-term career with this highly successful main contractor.
