Client Success Executive - Belfast (£30k)

Do you have proven experience in a client-facing service or software delivery role?  Do you have a technical background?  Do you have the ability to multitask across several client projects simultaneously?

This Client Success Executive position is based in Belfast and comes with a salary of circa £30k.  Other benefits include share options, private healthcare, pension, childcare vouchers, and a flexible working environment.

Who is the company?

My client is a local company that has been operating for over 8 years.  They have developed a SaaS platform that enables enterprise-grade, native mobile apps to be very quickly created, published and updated by non-technical people.

These apps are largely used by Blue Chip Global brands for employee engagement.  How global companies engage with their workforce has become a key issue in recent times and this product is ideally suited due to it's low cost and ease-of-use.

At the moment, there are several hundred thousand people across the world that use the platform.  The past 5 years has been extremely successful for the company and they have enjoyed 30% year-on-year growth.

What does this job involve?

You will be responsible for the configuration of the product to new and existing customers.  You will ensure that any issues or queries raised by customers are followed up and dealt with by the appropriate member of the team, to the customer’s satisfaction.  You will also assist with the ongoing support and post-sales care for all customers.

You will liaise with customers and the rest of the internal team to coordinate all activities and deliverables to ensure these are released on-time and that total Client satisfaction is paramount at every step of the process.

This job is focused on proactive communication with customers, identifying improvements and sharing best practice around content, usability and helping them achieve improved communication channels with their employees.

What skills and experience are needed?

You should have around 2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing service or software delivery role.  You should have a technical background in software or web development.  Ideally, you will have exposure to iOS or Android technologies.  You need to be able to multitask across several client projects simultaneously, adapting to rapidly changing environments and requirements.  You need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage a customer’s expectations while working with internal teams.
