Around six years ago the company developed a cloud platform that enables enterprise-grade, native mobile apps to be created, published and updated by non-technical personnel. The apps are used by businesses to inform, engage, train and enthuse their people. This technology drastically reduces the cost of mobile app development and opens up a whole world of opportunities for business no matter what sector they are in.
What does this job involve?
The successful C# Developer will participate in delivering the highest quality products to a global client base in a constantly evolving environment. Each new client requires a bespoke product so there are a lot of new development projects in the pipeline. Existing clients also need constant updates and additional features. This developer will play a key role in the further development of the core product. They will create functional and attractive solutions that ensure a great user experience. You will also help to define and influence the future technical direction for the evolution of the product. All this is done within an Agile environment.
What are the essential skills required for this job?
To be considered for this C# Developer job you must be skilled in ASP.Net, MVC, and Web API development. You will also need some knowledge of an object-oriented development language (C# would be preferred) as you will need to use Xamarin for some projects. A desire to learn Xamarin is a must. You will need to have worked in a software development team so that you can plan, schedule, and monitor work activities to meet time and quality targets. The ability to communicate fluently and present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences is needed.
