They already have an exceptional client list and are now looking for a consultative Sales professional to join them and further drive their growth.
A key element of your skillset will be a hunter mentality – they have won multiple innovation awards as their product is breaking new ground, so the hunger and desire to bring a new problem-solving product to an audience who are unaware of its benefits is essential.
Initially the role will be a full sales lifecycle role, so you will be equally as comfortable identifying and engaging with new prospects as demonstrating the solution, proposals and securing the business.
You will have input to Sales strategies, work closely with the Marketing team to build content and campaigns, and provide customer feedback to the dev/product team for future development.
Another key skill you will need is that of an educator. With intelligent information gathering to establish how a potential client’s business operates, you will be able to build compelling, problem-solving solutions.
Your target customers are likely to be Heads of Operations, Compliance, Facilities, HR or H&S, so experience of selling into these decision makers will be highly advantageous.
You will be self-motivated with experience gained developing leads and with strong influencing and negotiation skills you will thrive in a target driven environment where the emphasis is on solution-based selling.
