The Company


My client is a medium sized, local software business operating in the predictive analytics space who partner with global consumer brands in their mission to retain and grow their customer base.

Working alongside leading players in the marketing agency space across the UK and more recently directly with international household brand names there now exists an opportunity for a consultative commercial professional to join the team and push the business forward through forging effective relationships, educating on software functionality and explaining the successes international brands have achieved through the successful adoption of their unique product/service offering.


The Role


  • An opportunity with unlimited potential this position will begin as a role which develops qualified leads, acts as first point of contact with the business and facilitates face to face sales meetings.
  • As the sole professional in this position in the business, territory and sectors are unlimited and you will benefit from being passed qualified leads generated in house.
  • Success will be measured on meetings secured and relationships nurtured.
  • Conversations will take place with CMO’s, Brand & Marketing Managers and considerately challenge strategies for customer base retention and expansion, educating on software functionality.
  • Consideration to budget availability, decision making power and your clients growth strategies will all be commonplace.


The Person


  • Will be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in marketing and analytics.
  • Has a polished approach to communications both written and over the phone. 
  • Will be commercially savvy & highly inquisitive.
  • Truly enjoy taking initative and hunting down prospects and leads. 
  • Will be technically savvy, interested to learn software functionality to the level that they can educate and inspire prospects.  


The Return


  • Salary circa £25k Base with Circa £10k additional bonus, year 1
