You get things done. Highly organised & good with people, you’ll be the one who brings the bids together to ensure they’re cohesive, compliant & complete.
As Bid-Coordinator, you’ll hold the internal & external partners accountable to ensure that bids can be completed & submitted on time.
You’ll ideally (ideal but not essential) have some construction or property (inc FM) experience as you’ll be working for a Project Management and Cost Consultancy business.
You’ll remain calm under pressure, and you’ll be able to effectively convey the urgency of the work that you are asking your colleagues to produce.
You’ll compile bid response documents for PQQ’s & bids for both private & public sector work. The work will be varied & you’ll have the opportunity to progress into either bid writing or bid management.
Reporting into the Commercial Director, this role offers flexibility & the opportunity for career progression into either Bid Writing/Bid Management. The company is open to both full/part-time applicants.
