There will be plenty of variety in the role but you can expect to be handling goods received notices, posting invoices to the system and check they match with POs and GRNS, running payments as well as managing a high volume of timesheets. You'll also update journals, expenses and general ledger using Sage as well as preparing bank deposits. You'll prepare various reports for the management team and also assist with general administration support for the office.
To be shortlisted, you'll need to have at least 2 years' recent experience working in a busy accounts department and strong MS Office and accounting software skills, ideally Sage/Coins.
